Cody Gayer

Born and raised in Western Oklahoma, Cody is a proud Oklahoman who truly loves his home state. After high school he attended Oklahoma State University, where he graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree. At the conclusion of his time at OSU in Stillwater, Cody had options to pursue many different academic and professional opportunities but chose to attend the University of Oklahoma's College of Law. In 2010, Cody completed his Juris Doctorate degree at OU and was admitted to practice law that same year.

Cody started his professional legal career as in-house counsel for a large corporation in Tulsa, Oklahoma. However, it took only a few short months for him to realize corporate work didn't suit his particular interests and desire to advocate for justice on behalf of his fellow Oklahomans. Cody spent the next 7 years in Oklahoma City working for one of the most respected medical malpractice defense firms in the nation. During those years, Cody successfully defended local physicians, dentists, and hospitals in both trial courts and on appeal. He successfully tried malpractice cases to jury verdicts and won appeals in both state courts and the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals. In 2016, Super Lawyers selected Cody as a "Rising Star" in Oklahoma -- an honor given to less than 10% of all practicing attorneys.

In 2018, Cody, moved by the systemic imbalance of financial resources and talented attorneys in favor of large corporations and the medical industry, began offering to injured Oklahomans all the knowledge and trial experience he had acquired defending those large corporations and medical professionals. Today, Cody represents those harmed as a result of medical malpractice, as well as those injured in vehicle accidents, motorcycle accidents, truck accidents.

In his free time you can typically find Cody at a race track racing one of his motorcycles or at the local crossfit gym.
