Family Law Attorney
Family law matters can affect nearly every part of a person's life, children, relationships, finances, and plans for the future. CeCe Brissenden helps clients make sense of those difficult moments with clear guidance, thoughtful preparation, and a steady presence throughout the legal process.
Originally from Los Angeles, California, CeCe earned her Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from California State University, Chico, before receiving her Juris Doctor from the University of Tulsa. While in law school, she founded and served as president of the Family Law Student Association and was named the Oklahoma Bar Association Family Law Section Student of the Year in 2022.
Now proudly based in Oklahoma, CeCe focuses her practice on divorce, paternity, custody, child support and visitation modifications, and prenuptial agreements. She also provides inclusive, affirming representation to members of the LGBTQIA+ community.
CeCe understands that family law issues are often emotional, complicated, and deeply personal. Her goal is to help clients understand their options, set realistic expectations, and make informed decisions about what comes next. She believes a strong attorney-client relationship is built on honesty, respect, transparency, and consistent communication.
In addition to her client work, CeCe serves as managing editor of the Oklahoma Bar Association Family Law Section Practice Manual. She brings that same attention to detail and commitment to every case, helping clients feel supported, prepared, and confident that they have an advocate beside them.
