Drug & Alcohol Assessments
Drug & alcohol assessments are often necessary to evaluate the level of addiction an individual has in order to create a treatment plan moving forward. An addiction evaluation will be given to determine a person's substance history, mental state, and current health. This may include a physical examination and lab tests.
