Office Administrator / Senior Legal Assistant

As the Legal Assistant and Office Manager at Worden & Carbitcher, Dayse has been part of the firm since 2021. She brings more than five years of family law experience, along with eight years in the banking industry, providing her with a strong foundation in customer service, organization, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
Dayse is often one of the first people clients meet, and she takes pride in listening with compassion, answering questions, and helping clients understand what to expect throughout the legal process. Her kindness, integrity, and steady presence help put people at ease during difficult times, reassuring them that they have come to the right place and that they will be cared for every step of the way.
Behind the scenes, Dayse plays a vital role in the firm's daily operations. She manages office procedures, coordinates communication between clients and attorneys, and ensures the office runs efficiently so every client receives the highest level of service. As a trusted liaison between clients and attorneys and a superglue in our firm, ensuring day-to-day operations run as smoothly and efficiently as possible. Her ability to assess situations, remain composed under pressure, and make thoughtful decisions allows her to provide exceptional support to both clients and the legal team.
Dayse earned her Associate Degree from Oklahoma City Community College and also holds a cosmetology license, reflecting her diverse professional background and lifelong commitment to serving others. Whether assisting clients through challenging family law matters or supporting the firm's operations, she is dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of those she serves.
