Born in Florida to a Puerto Rican family and raised in Oklahoma City, Armando earned his degree in Criminology with a minor in International Security Studies from the University of Oklahoma. He later received his law degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Law.
Armando approaches family law with empathy, preparation, and a strong understanding of how personal these cases can be. He knows clients are often carrying fear, stress, and uncertainty while being asked to make important decisions. His goal is to make the process feel more manageable by providing clear guidance, honest communication, and steady support from beginning to end.
Above all, Armando wants clients to feel heard, respected, and confident that they have an advocate who takes both their legal concerns and their personal circumstances seriously.
His honors include an American Jurisprudence Award, graduation from an interdisciplinary training program on child abuse and neglect, and a Certificate in Peacemaking from the Center for the Study of American indian Law and Policy.
